I was running out of time for my annual bunco hosting in 2011 and still needed to make the ornaments for everyone. I decided to purchase glass ball ornaments with a simple design – one that gave a lot of space between the design elements.
Using craft paint, I painted squares in white in the blank spaces and let it dry. Then I used a paint marker to make the dots on the dice squares and let it dry again.
After all the paint was dry, the next step to use glitter glue with white glitter and painted it over the squares to both give it a pretty shine and seal and protect the craft paint. Once that was all done, I just had to write the occasion and year and I was done and ready to hand them out.
